During 2008, Intensive training on each enterprise is given to the beneficiaries by KIDS with the help of professionals in the related fields. Sufficient financial support for establishing this micro enterprise is ensured through linking with banks and other financial institutions. Micro credit system, being performed in the SHGs is yet another minor source of fund for the micro enterprises. The sustainability of these enterprises are ensured through constant escort support and market linkages by a team of experts.
The Micro Enterprises department aims and works for promoting the Income Generation activities of the community, thereby ensuring a sustainable income for the families. The objective put forward by KIDS in this concern is “Skill and Income for All”.
So the micro enterprises department not only focuses on the financial implications but also on a couple of other interrelated factors like Skill of the Entrepreneurs, Sustainability of the Programme, Better Marketing Platforms, and so on.
