Year 2009- Year for Cluster formation and Net working
After the training programme, KIDS aims at the sustainability of its micro enterprise units in order to make its SHGs self sufficient and self sustain, KIDS started to form cluster in each department. In the first phase, the artisans were formed in to self help groups and thus in to fenestrations. These federations are under the umbrella of clusters. This system not only helped the artisans productive but also make them self sustain and efficient.
